The fruit was sourced from Araldica’s winery Pinot Noir (50%) and Chardonnay (50%) vineyards situated in the cooler sites of the Castel Boglione commune.
This Alasia Brut has a light straw colour, and shows subtle aromas of peaches and strawberries with warm biscuit undertones. On the palate you will appreciate flavours of ripe peaches, melons and yeasty notes mingle well with the sparkling texture of this just off – dry, medium body. The fruit flavours are balanced well with the acidity and a creaminess that leads to a pleasant lingering finish.
Perfect by itself for an aperitif or a celebration. It will also match with delicate seafood, fish dishes, white meat and poultry.
Serve chilled (8°-10°C.)
