RED WINE - FRONTON - SOUTH WEST OF FRANCE (North of Toulouse)

Grapes: 45% Négrette, 40% Syrah, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon

An intense garnet colour with purple tints.

A bouquet of a basket of red fruits and floral accents.

Soft and rounded but powerful in the mouth with fruity and spicy aromas of great richness.
This age worthy wine (up to 9 or 10 years), at once fleshy, ample, straight forward
and refined, benefiting from a long finish, is ready to drink now.

Best decanted 2 hours before serving at 18°C

This elegant wine will accompany a side of herb grilled beef, guinea fowl with ceps
mushrooms, wild duck and grilled black pudding. Cheeses : St Nectaire or Maroilles.
