With a blonde color, from clear to slightly veiled and with its white head of good hold, Philomenn Blonde is round and aromatic.

Its nose is floral and slightly hoppy (citrus) with discreet cereal notes.

It is marked by the roundness and aromatic freshness without the exuberance of the hops. Fruity and floral, on citrus (orange peel), white flower. Slightly malty notes and balanced bitterness.
