Select was born in the city known for its uniqueness, originality and taste. In 1920, the Pilla Brothers brought together the skills and images to develop what became an iconic Venice spirit and drink, the spritz, but was first served with soda water. Nearly a century has passed since then, but even today, Select is recognized as one of the true icons of Venetian aperitifs: a unique bitter proposed by the historic inhabitants of the lagoon and by the bartenders who can experiment.
