When Luigi Rossi imagined this subtle blend of regional plants to create this scarlet-colored vermouth, he undoubtedly brought a reference to life. Although the exact recipe remains a closely guarded secret, we can tell you that the intensely herbaceous and sweet character of this vermouth is the result of a blend of carefully selected wines, a blend of Italian aromatic plants, such as sage, savory, as well as bittersweet exotic wood bark.
