Aged on lees for 9 months in barrels and vats.

Color: Pale gold, clear with yellow highlights. Bouquet of white flowers, honey, acacia, buttered almonds, and apricot. The palate is rich and generous with plenty of freshness and a long finish.

Pleasant to drink now, it can be aged for several years.

Ideal serving temperature: 10°C

Food and wine pairing: As an aperitif or with fish (grilled sea bass), truffle ravioli, or goat cheese.
