GRAND CRU ZINNKOEPFLE

This Riesling already has a beautiful elegance of citrus fruits and zest. The palate is rich and ample but remains dry and tense on the finish, well balanced by this ripe acidity specific to the sandy limestone rock. The finish is long and silky with saline acidity. You can decant it before serving, so that it can develop these aromas. Its richness is perfect for fine fish (perch delight with Riesling, monkfish, John Dory, sea bream), meats with a tangy or sweet and sour sauce (osso-bucco with Asian flavors), and certain spicy exotic dishes.
