Well balanced Riesling, by a nice and elegant acidity, it can be enjoyed right away for its fruity flavours, but can also benefits from bottle ageing over the next 2 years.

This Riesling will make a perfect companion for salads, charcuteries, grilled fish, seafood like oysters, shelfish, crusteceans, calamars, sushi and of course for a traditional Alsatian choucroute.
Very good also with white meat like poultry, veal or cheese like goat cheese.
