Flagship of the Cave de Tain l’Hermitage, produced exclusively from Syrah grapes grown on alluvial granite plains. Classic vinification followed by ageing in oak barrels for between 6 and 8 months.

A well-balanced wine, rich and supple, with jammy red fruit flavours and overtones of liquorice and spice. Its velvety tannins make it perfect with cold cuts or any grilled, tasty meats.

Serving suggestions :
Serve at 18°/60°F with game, kidneys, grilled or smoked dishes, and spicy dishes.
