The vintages are the historical signature of Armagnac
Maurice Lesgourgues understood this well, he who in 1974 brought them back to life, thus setting themselves apart from other Armagnac houses and brown spirits.
Since 3 generations, the Lesgourgues family has ensured the most complete collections of vintages matured in the House's cellars.
The Vintages form a unique range of vintages refined in contact with Gascony oak barrels, ranging from 15 to 50 years of aging.
The long aging is accompanied by personalized aging work for each barrel; the cellar master aerating, racking, sometimes assembling these unique barrels which will then be bottled at the property.
Laubade vintages are regularly awarded prizes in international competitions and by spirits critics around the world.
