Born from a blend of 3 grape varieties, Tinta Roriz (40%), Touriga Franca (30%) and Tinta Barroca (20%), this Andresen Century 10 years old was vinified in cement vats and in traditional “lagares”. A production process which allowed it to develop the typical notes of oxidative maturation. If the fruits are indeed present in the tasting, redcurrant and cherry in the lead, it also offers notes of hazelnut, walnut and characteristic toasted bread. It also turns out wonderfully with chocolate desserts.
