Made from triple distillation, the whiskeys used in the composition of Green Spot are all aged between 7 and 10 years. They come from aging in bourbon barrels and sherry barrels. In addition to the use of unmalted barley, the hallmark of pure pot still, this Irish whiskey is distinguished by the presence of a high percentage of sherry casks.
Nose: fine and balanced, it is marked by malted barley and fresh walnuts. It develops with aeration on ripe fruits with white flesh (peach).
Mouth: lively and creamy on the attack, it develops on red fruits (blackcurrant), peach and vanilla.
Finish: minty and creamy, it reveals notes of almond and ripe fruit.
