WHITE WINE - AOP MUSCADET CÔTES DE GRANDLIEU - LOIRE VALLEY - FRANCE

Terroir on infertile brown soil, developed on garnet amphibolite. Green rock.

Aged on lees for 30 months in underground glass-lined concrete vats.

Color: Bright gold.

Nose: Lovely nose of milk caramel and floral notes of honeysuckle.

Palate: Slightly rich, creamy attack, mineral and hazelnut notes, with a beautiful mineral length and finesse.

Pairing: Aperitif, pikeperch with beurre blanc sauce, lobster tail skewers, line-caught sea bass fillet en papillote, sea bream tartare, scallop casserole, John Dory with sorrel, mature cheeses. Serve at 12°C. Age 5 to 10 years.
