DRY WHITE WINE - AOP MUSCADET SEVRE ET MAINE SUR LIE - LOIRE VALLEY

Grape variety: Melon de Bourgogne

Aged on lees, the wine is stirred every two weeks during the winter to nourish its lees, then allowed to rest in underground glass-lined vats at a constant temperature of 12°C. It will be bottled fresh after 5 to 9 months of aging.

Recommended serving temperature: 10 to 11°C
