Nose: intense and complex nose of brioche, nut and pineapple, together with lime-blossom and quince aromas.
Palate: Light but full bodied, rich, remarkable length in the mouth - Ageing in the barrel
Cellaring: In the first five years you will enjoy its fruit aromas which will then turn into more mature aromas.
Food pairing: This wine has character and can be drunk anytime in the day. Ideal at 10°C with fish, seafood, shellfish. Also excellent with cheese: goat, old cantal. Will also go perfectly with foie gras.
