The vinification of this organic wine is done without any addition of sulphites (or sulfur). The maceration of the grapes is short enough to extract the finest tannins and highlight the fruit of the grape. Aging takes place in vats for a few months before bottling early to preserve all the fruit and freshness which is the charm of this organic red wine with no added sulphites.
