Complex nose where coffee, tobacco, cinnamon and black pepper are harmoniously blended. Well-structured, this Pécharmant has already pleasantly loosened up and filled up with time. The palate ends on a firm minerality due to the specific terroir, which gives a lot of personality to this wine. “Les Farcies du Pech’” will be best enjoyed at 18°C. It has the structure to age gracefully for 5 to 15 years.
