WHITE Chinon is quite rare and a real treat. Made with hand-harvested Chenin Blanc grapes grown on a limestone soil this is very floral with lovely hints of citrus. Rich on the palate and balanced by elegant acidity, serve as an aperitif or with grilled meat and fish dishes.
